Because Google is a big business, you got to shell out money to reach the top three ranking in SERP. Hence, the websites that rank high in the SERP are not necessarily the best websites to click on. In the same manner, if you are searching for the websites that can really give you the cheapest flights at hand, you would often not find that kind of website at the top ranking of the SERP.
